Job description:

  • Coordinate on-boarding process and perform it in accordance with company established standards and procedures;
  • Prepare, monitor and update cabin crew documentation, related financial documentation and other data for databases;
  • Prepare and monitor in hiring, transferring, promoting and termination processes;
  • Monitor and trace personnel’s duty time and secondments and provide accountants with required information;
  • Explain cabin crew policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees and encourage them to comply with them;
  • Assists direct Manager in budgeting process;
  • Identify and report any hazards, safety and security issues, mismatches in company procedures and deviations from company procedures using established company reporting system;
  • Carry out other duties and responsibilities delegated by Crew Resources Specialist.


  • Higher education;
  • 1 year of job-related experience;
  • Computer based knowledge;
  • English language knowledge;
  • Good spelling, grammar and written communication skills.
