Accountant

Job description:

  • Handling of purchase and sale invoices;
  • Bank and debts reconciliation;
  • Participation in monthly closing procedures;
  • Reporting to auditors, tax and statistics authorities;
  • Communicate with internal customers across other countries;
  • Other accounting tasks.

Requirements:

  • 2 or more years’ experience in accounting;
  • Good MS Office skills (particularly with MS Excel);
  • Basic English skills: both writing and speaking;
  • Experience in working with accounting software Rivile and knowledge of taxation is considered as an advantage.

Cost Controller

Job description:

  • Lead a group of cost controllers (2 people);
  • Ensure that the invoice validation process is efficient;
  • Ensure correct cost allocation;
  • Prepare reports related to approved costs;
  • Support in monthly closing process;
  • Support in budgeting process;
  • Other ad-hoc tasks. 

Requirements:

  • At least 1-year experience in finance;
  • Eagerness to learn new things;
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, analytical thinking;
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel;
  • Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or similar field;
  • Experience in cost allocation and/or aviation would be considered as advantage;
  • Fluent English.

    HR Generalist

    Job description:

    • Preparation and implementation of HR procedures and processes;
    • Supporting managers in recruitments for various positions;
    • Supporting managers in onboarding, strengthening, motivating and retaining the team;
    • Preparation of HR related documentation, system administration and control;
    • Monitoring and tracing personnel’s duty time and provide information for payroll calculations;
    • As well as, working on other HR-related projects.

    Requirements:

    • University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant field;
    • Work experience of at least 2 years as HR Generalist / HR Specialist / Recruiter;
    • Work experience in creating, developing and implementing HR processes;
    • Fluent English for free communication with international teams;
    • Analytical skills  and ability to process a large amount of information;
    • Ability to implement solutions based on HR trends and successful practices;
    • Personal skills that would help working in a dynamic environment.
